About Our Dance & Creative Movement Class:

In our JAMaROO Kids dance classes, children are introduced to the basics of dance. Classes include a warm-up circle, stretching games, across the floor activities, imaginative dance, partner dance and free dance. During imaginative play children will pretend to be bats flying through the night sky looking for fruit to eat, dance like autumn leaves falling off trees, or melt like snowflakes! Throughout the year, students will build their dance repertoire by adding: combination steps, body isolations, and layers of movement, keeping them challenged and engaged. Movement activities will help build gross motor skills allowing children to work on strength, balance and coordination. In all of our JAMaROO Kids classes children are introduced to different genres of music from around the world and are encouraged to use their imagination, problem solving skills, creative thinking and listening skills. Our curriculum changes monthly to keep our students engaged and challenged!

Class Information:

Classes start February 6th and will be offered on Monday Afternoons

Monthly Tuition: $68 monthly, billed to your card automatically monthly. Covers an average of 4 classes monthly.

This is a private class- only children currently enrolled at The Grove Preschool at Kol Shofar may attend.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is an automatic payment each month. If you need to cancel, or your child is no longer enrolled in The Grove Preschool at Kol Shofar, it is your responsibility to cancel your membership via Care.com, or by emailing jamarookids@gmail.com, to prevent further payment. No refunds for absences or classes that land on public holidays
